Orders can only be cancelled or refused at the time of delivery while the delivery rider is present and before the customer accepts the order.

Once the customer has accepted and received the order from the delivery rider, we do not accept cancellations.

Customers should inspect the package and make their decision before accepting the delivery.

8. Open Package / Inspection Policy

We allow customers to open and inspect the package at the time of delivery, where permitted by the delivery service, before accepting the order.

If you do not wish to accept the order after inspecting it, you must inform the delivery rider immediately and refuse the delivery.

Once the order has been accepted from the rider, it is considered successfully delivered and our cancellation policy no longer applies.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs, videos, order details, or other information to investigate the issue.

Any resolution for damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be handled in accordance with applicable UAE law and our applicable return/refund procedures.

All content on our website, including our logo, brand name, product images, text, graphics, product descriptions, and website design, belongs to or is licensed to UAE Essentials unless otherwise stated.
