1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver orders across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are normally processed and prepared for delivery after they are successfully confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, product availability, courier schedules, weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Delivery Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion.

4. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, customers may pay for their order when it is delivered.

Customers are requested to ensure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive and inspect the order.

5. Open Before Payment

Where our delivery service allows an open-before-payment inspection, customers may inspect the package before completing payment.

Customers should check the product at the time of delivery and immediately inform the delivery rider if they do not wish to accept the order.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number.

UAE Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery address provided by the customer.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be redelivered because of incorrect information or the customer's unavailability.

7. Failed Delivery

If a customer is unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, the courier may contact the customer to arrange another delivery attempt.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being cancelled.

8. Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the expected timeframe, UAE Essentials cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.

Delays caused by courier companies, traffic, weather, public holidays, unexpected events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not automatically qualify for a refund or compensation.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that appears damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photographs or videos where applicable.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

10. Delivery Acceptance

By accepting the order from the delivery rider, the customer confirms that they have received the package.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the order before accepting it where open-before-payment inspection is available.
